#02 – Get up early. If you can win over the allure of your warm bed, successfully starting into a new day, you can tackle other, more difficult tasks with the same will power!
#03 – Drink more water. Staying hydrated prevents you from losing energy and will keep you fit and healthy to do what you wanted to accomplish for the day.
#04 – Adapt a more positive voice inside of your head. It takes some training, but as soon as it became a routine, you can say goodbye to the down-putting voices. Instead of stressing over things you have to get done, let your inner voice become a motivator.
#05 – Prioritize correctly. What things can wait, which have to be done immediately and which are done simply for the sake of being done? If you identify these time thieves and rid them from your routine you will be more productive easily.
